Office Introduction

Public Textile Washing Professional Office, full name: Public Textile Washing Professional Office of the China Commercial Federation Washing and Dyeing Professional Committee, is the office responsible for the special work of public textile washing within the China Commercial Federation Washing and Dyeing Professional Committee (referred to as "CCFWDPC").
1. Main Work of the Public Textile Washing Professional Office
The Public Textile Washing Professional Office (referred to as "PTWPO") focuses on the central work of the CCFWDPC, and based on the characteristics of public textile washing, is mainly responsible for the following aspects:
1. Advocating scientific and advanced industry development concepts, guiding enterprises to optimize business management models, and promoting the application of green, environmentally friendly, low-carbon, and innovative technologies in the industry.
2. Strengthening industry self-discipline, improving service quality, promoting internal industry coordination, maintaining industry reputation, and promoting healthy and orderly industry development.
3. Assisting in organizing the formulation, promotion, and implementation of professional standards, regulations, and procedures for public textile washing to regulate industry order and technical operation processes.
4. Playing a bridging role by integrating resources from government and industry authorities, industry enterprises, media, etc., conveying industry demands, supporting enterprise development, and promoting brand creation to enable rapid, orderly, and healthy industry development.
5. Establishing a training system and organizing the compilation of professional training materials. Conducting various forms of professional training activities to improve practitioners' technical skills and business management capabilities.
6. Utilizing the "China Laundry" journal, "China Laundry" website, and the WeChat public platform of the China Commercial Federation Washing and Dyeing Professional Committee to timely, accurately, and effectively release information systems in the field of public textiles.
7. Organizing members to conduct enterprise consultations, problem diagnosis, experience exchange, and theoretical discussions in response to new situations and problems encountered in operations.
8. Carrying out industry exchange activities by organizing public textile washing technology and management exchange meetings, special forums, inspection activities, skill competitions, etc., to lead the industry and enterprises in technical mutual assistance and support, promoting the overall improvement of the industry.
2. Organizational Structure and Leadership
The PTWPO is the department of the CCFWDPC responsible for public textile washing work. It has one director, one to two executive deputy directors, one secretary-general, and several deputy directors, determined by the CCFWDPC executive working meeting, appointed by the CCFWDPC director, and filed with the China Commercial Federation.
The PTWPO is responsible for daily work by the director, executive deputy directors, secretary-general, and staff. Additionally, some well-known enterprise leaders engaged in textile washing nationwide are specially appointed as part-time deputy directors to promote the effective development of the CCFWDPC's public textile washing special work.
3. Confirmation of Member Units
1. According to the working regulations of this committee, local washing and dyeing industry associations, organizations, social groups, public institutions engaged in washing and dyeing related activities, washing and dyeing enterprises of certain scale, washing equipment, chemical auxiliary material manufacturers, and related units, regardless of ownership nature, may voluntarily apply to join and become member units of this office.
2. Units applying to be deputy directors of the PTWPO must submit the CCFWDPC PTWPO Deputy Director Unit Application Form. After approval by the office executive working meeting, they are approved as deputy director units, and the person in charge of the unit becomes a deputy director of the office.
3. Member units of the CCFWDPC engaged in public textile washing services and related businesses may apply to be member units of the PTWPO.
4. PTWPO member units may, based on the CCFWDPC committee unit plaque, add the CCFWDPC PTWPO member unit plaque as needed.
