On January 31, 2015, the "Ambition Era" Lagou.com Annual Ceremony and China's Internet Annual Best Employer Selection were held in Beijing. At the ceremony, eDaixi received the "China Internet Annual Best Emerging Employer" award presented by the conference.

Fourth, implementing a collaborative system. The collaborative system is not centered on leadership decisions but is user-oriented, with employees jointly negotiating to handle issues.
Fifth, fully empowering frontline employees. Frontline employees directly interact with users and are the company's image window. To improve user satisfaction, eDaixi fully empowers frontline employees by implementing the "first responsibility system." Frontline employees do not need to seek approval and have the authority to handle customer complaints on the spot, providing users with satisfactory solutions in the shortest time.
