The Organizing Committee of the China Laundry and Dyeing Exhibition has reached a cooperation agreement with Italy's Detergo Exhibition

From October 3 to 6, 2014, the quadrennial EXPOdetergo International (the 17th International Textile Care Exhibition) was held at FIERA MILANO RHO — Milan International Exhibition Center RHO Hall.
The two major international laundry professional exhibitions, detergo International held in Italy and Texcare held in Germany, are both held every four years. Each exhibition dominates a part of the European laundry industry, jointly leading the field. The European laundry industry is mature and has long entered a stable period. Therefore, the cycle of technological updates is relatively long. The Italian laundry industry is relatively developed and is at the forefront worldwide. 
This detergo exhibition covered an area of about 35,000 square meters, far surpassing Germany's Texcare to become the largest professional laundry exhibition in Europe and even the world. Nearly 300 companies participated, including more than 150 Italian companies. There were only 3 Chinese exhibitors: Shanghai Hangxing, Jiangsu Haishi, and Shanghai Xuanzhou.
The exquisite equipment and advanced technology of this detergo exhibition impressed industry insiders and received high praise. Chinese laundry industry peers all agreed that the trip was worthwhile.

Liao Zhiwen, Deputy Director of the China Chamber of Commerce Laundry Committee and Chairman of Guangdong Xinzhilian Exhibition Service Co., Ltd., arrived in Milan before the exhibition opening and held friendly talks with the detergo Association and Fiera Milano company as scheduled. At the meeting, both sides reached a preliminary consensus on cooperation. Senior executives of the detergo Association and Fiera Milano company believe that the Chinese laundry market is in a period of rapid growth, with diversified market demands and active industry technology updates, making it the best time for international exchanges.
Deputy Director Liao Zhiwen introduced the basic situation of the 15th China Laundry Exhibition in 2014 — the exhibition area exceeded 12,000 square meters, with 210 Chinese and foreign enterprises participating, 307 brands showcased, and a total of 12,558 professional buyers received. Compared with the previous exhibition, the number of exhibitors increased by 56%, and the number of visitors increased by nearly 35%. All data of this exhibition set historical records, marking a new development stage for China's laundry industry.

After learning about the 2014 China Laundry Exhibition, the detergo Association gave a high evaluation and clearly stated that it would immediately organize its members to participate in the "2015 16th China International Laundry Industry Exhibition" to be held in Beijing, China next year. At the same time, they will fully support Xinzhilian company in organizing Chinese enterprises to participate in the next detergo exhibition (2018), actively promoting exchanges and cooperation between the laundry industries of China and Italy. After reaching a consensus on cooperation intentions, both sides conducted preliminary discussions and planning on the business matchmaking activities of the Italian delegation at the 2015 China Laundry Exhibition and the coordination of exhibition work between China and Italy. The detergo Association and Fiera Milano company hope to become co-organizers of the China Laundry Exhibition to further deepen cooperation, which will effectively promote the international development of China's laundry industry.
At the 2015 China International Laundry Industry Exhibition, the international delegation led by Italian laundry enterprises will make their debut, marking a new height in the international development of the China Laundry Exhibition. The China Laundry Committee and Xinzhilian will live up to expectations and strive to create a high-quality professional exhibition with international leading standards for the Chinese people.
