The "2011 12th China International Laundry Industry Exhibition," hosted by the China General Chamber of Commerce and New Union Exhibition Services Co., Ltd., and co-organized by the China Laundry Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce and Guangdong New Union Exhibition Services Co., Ltd., will be grandly held from August 4 to 6 at the Beijing National Exhibition Center. As an influential and authoritative annual event in China's laundry industry, the organizers have increasingly emphasized the promotion of the exhibition in the international market over the past two years. Recently, the international department of the China International Laundry Industry Exhibition Committee went to Las Vegas, USA, to participate in the "Clean Show" exhibition, proudly introducing China's laundry exhibition to laundry professionals worldwide.
The Clean Show held from June 6 to 9 this year in Las Vegas, USA, is the most influential and largest laundry industry exhibition in North America and globally to date. Numerous manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers from the wet cleaning, dry cleaning, and textile services industries gathered in Las Vegas. Nearly 95% of the attendees were senior executives from related industries. The visit by the international department of the China International Laundry Industry Exhibition Committee to the Las Vegas exhibition was not only a learning opportunity but also a great chance to vigorously promote the China International Laundry Industry Exhibition, helping to further expand the exhibition's international market.
During the short three-plus days of the exhibition, relevant personnel visited all exhibiting companies at the Clean Show to learn about their latest developments and vigorously promote the "2011 12th China International Laundry Industry Exhibition" jointly organized by the China General Chamber of Commerce and New Union Exhibition Services Co., Ltd. During the visits, it was learned that most companies, especially equipment manufacturers, are very optimistic about the development prospects of China's laundry industry. Companies such as Ramco, Kreussler, Franco American Textiles, and North American Foam hope that the China International Laundry Industry Exhibition Committee can recommend high-quality domestic manufacturers for cooperation. Many companies also expressed that they will visit Beijing in August and hope to further understand the Chinese market through the China International Laundry Industry Exhibition to prepare for future market expansion. Hoffman-New Yorke and Milliken applied for booths at the China International Laundry Industry Exhibition on-site to the international department head.
On June 8, the head of the international department of the China International Laundry Industry Exhibition Committee met separately with the heads of Clean Show supporting organizations ALM (Association for Linen Management), OLA (Coin Laundry Association), DLI (Drycleaning & Laundry Institute), TRSA (Textile Rental Service Association of American Educational Sessions), TCATA (Textile Care Allied Trades Association Inc), and the chairman of their organizer Riddle & Associations, John Riddle. They introduced the current situation of the Chinese laundry market and detailed information about the China International Laundry Industry Exhibition. Both sides exchanged views on further cooperation. All five supporting organizations expressed that they would introduce and recommend information about this year's China International Laundry Industry Exhibition to their member units. Brian Wallace, chairman of the Coin Laundry Association, showed particular interest in the development of coin-operated laundry in China and is optimistic about the market potential in this field. He hopes to maintain close contact with the China International Laundry Industry Exhibition Committee for future cooperation.
In recent years, the China International Laundry Industry Exhibition has continuously improved in scale, number of exhibiting companies, and the quantity and quality of visitors. It is reported that this year's exhibition is expected to exceed 10,000 square meters, with foreign companies from more than 10 countries and regions worldwide participating as exhibitors. The organizers of this year's China International Laundry Industry Exhibition will continue to increase global promotional efforts, leveraging their resource advantages to invite more domestic and international laundry industry professionals and professional buyers to participate. Using the exhibition platform, they aim to accelerate the development of China's laundry industry and strengthen international exchanges in the laundry industry.
