The 25th 2014 China (Dalian) International Garment and Textile Expo, which lasted 4 days from September 23, successfully concluded at the Dalian World Expo Square and Dalian Xinghai Convention and Exhibition Center. This Dalian Garment Expo was hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the People's Government of Dalian City, and jointly organized by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textiles and the China (Dalian) International Garment and Textile Expo Office (Dalian Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau). The Dalian Garment Expo is a national-level professional exhibition approved by the State Council, and has been held 24 times so far, with thousands of brands from 30 countries and regions including Italy, France, the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, as well as 20 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions in China participating. 
This Dalian Garment Expo covered an exhibition area of 50,000 square meters with 1,500 standard booths, encompassing various clothing, fabrics and accessories, textile machinery, garment accessories enterprises, as well as high-tech creative achievements displays. The exhibition invited 1,000 domestic and foreign exhibitors, of which overseas exhibitors accounted for 25%, independent brands and local Dalian enterprises accounted for 60%, and textiles and apparel accessories accounted for 15%. The number of professional visitors from home and abroad exceeded 50,000, with overseas visitors accounting for more than 10%. 
The Dalian Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association was invited by the organizing committee of this Garment and Textile Expo, and eight well-known enterprises including Dalian Cupid Washing Technology, Yingkou Rongrong Laundry Chain, Beijing Funait Laundry Chain, Wenzhou Phinnis Leather Chemical, Beijing Ilsa Laundry, Tieling Luju Laundry, Sanyo Laundry, and Niji Laundry participated in this Dalian Garment Expo.
These exhibiting enterprises attracted many visitors with their professionalism in products, smiling service, and beautiful booth arrangements, making the exhibition site particularly lively. Congratulations to Rongrong and Funait Laundry Chains for successfully negotiating with multiple franchisees; Cupid Washing Technology and Phinnis Leather Chemical also attracted many visitors to stop and inquire or purchase with their diverse product range and excellent quality. In the end, even the samples were all taken, which can be said to be a fruitful harvest and worthy of encouragement. 
Although the Dalian Laundry and Dyeing Industry participated in the Dalian Garment Expo for the first time, with the assistance of the organizing committee and the cooperation of participating enterprises, this Garment Expo was successfully completed, opening a good chapter for the laundry and dyeing industry and paving the way for future participation. This participation mainly aimed to broaden horizons, open up thinking, learn advanced techniques, and exchange cooperation. The opportunity was fully utilized to communicate, negotiate, and interact with visiting customers and distributors to further expand the brand's visibility and influence within the industry, while also gaining a better understanding of the product characteristics of advanced peer enterprises to better improve their own product structure and leverage their advantages.
The Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association has achieved long-term development and remarkable results in recent years, with steady growth. With strong operational capabilities, we have already occupied a pivotal position in the industry field. Nevertheless, we are well aware that "there is a long way to go." We will continue to improve the management system, accelerate progress, rationally face industry demands, and serve the broad user base.
This was a feast for the industry and also a journey of harvest. We look forward to more and better well-known enterprises from our country participating in the next Garment Expo to enhance the visibility of the laundry and dyeing industry. We await with great anticipation!
