The Changchun Laundry Industry Association, in collaboration with the Ge Wang Laundry Chain Group, has participated multiple times in large-scale events such as the "Entrepreneurship Promotes Employment" project expos, negotiation meetings, promotion meetings, and talent recruitment sessions for the laundry industry organized by provincial and municipal governments, attracting enthusiastic attention from all sectors of society towards the laundry industry. Entering the laundry industry, engaging in the laundry industry, and joining the laundry industry have become one of the popular local projects, achieving the original intention of the city's Laundry Association to "promote entrepreneurship and employment, and develop the laundry industry." From January to the end of October 2011, 306 new laundry shops and factories opened in the urban area of Changchun, adding 2,560 employees, with college graduates and veterans accounting for 21.3% and 12% respectively.
Since the beginning of this year, the Changchun Laundry Association has closely focused on the work goal planned at the beginning of the year to "leverage government support, promote industry development, and assist orderly regulation," actively striving for and participating in large-scale themed activities of the "Entrepreneurship Promotes Employment" project organized by provincial and municipal governments. It organizes member units of the city association to showcase the industry's image and style, winning recognition and choice from job seekers and entrepreneurs in society. The city laundry association has focused on promoting the well-known Ge Wang Laundry Chain project to expand the brand influence of the laundry industry. At each government-organized event, nearly ten thousand people stop by the "Entrepreneurship Promotes Employment, Develop Laundry Industry" project booth to visit, collect materials, or inquire in detail, with some even signing job or franchise agreements on the spot, creating a sensation throughout the "Entrepreneurship Promotes Employment" project venue.
The Changchun Laundry Association has firmly grasped the opportunity of the "Entrepreneurship Promotes Employment" project activities, with meticulous organization, rigorous measures, and full participation, receiving praise from all sectors. At the Changchun government "Entrepreneurship Promotes Employment" commendation conference, the Changchun Laundry Association was awarded the honor of "Outstanding Social Organization"; President Chen Changzeng won the "Advanced Social Organization Worker" award; Ge Wang Laundry Chain (Group) Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "Outstanding Enterprise"; Wang Xiucheng, Executive Principal of Ge Wang Laundry Skills Training School, received the "Outstanding Principal" honor, and all received government rewards.
