On September 15, the association held the 15th executive council meeting of the third session. The main agenda included: discussing the "First Outstanding Laundry Enterprises Community Service Series Activities" and organizing the selection of the "Top 100 Zhejiang Province Trade Enterprises during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan".
The meeting first conveyed the "Notice on Carrying out the Selection of the Top 100 Zhejiang Province Trade Enterprises during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan" jointly issued by multiple departments including the Zhejiang Provincial Trade Federation, requiring leading enterprises with large scale and strong strength in the industry to actively participate in the application. Enterprises can apply to the association based on their own business scale, industry influence, economic and social benefits, brand, and corporate culture construction, and the association will make unified recommendations.
With the development of the economy and society and the improvement of people's living standards, the laundry industry has a good development prospect. However, the social recognition of this industry is still insufficient, and there are many misconceptions in the public's daily washing concepts, resulting in frequent washing disputes between consumers and laundries. To better strengthen communication with consumers, improve consumer awareness and satisfaction of the industry through publicity of washing knowledge, on-site consultation, distribution of consumer discount coupons, and other service forms, truly achieving the goal of promoting consumption through service. After discussion by the executive council, the association plans to hold the "First Outstanding Laundry Enterprises Community Service Series Activities" in late October. Member enterprises interested are welcome to sign up, and the association will select some member enterprises with stable service quality and high consumer satisfaction to participate in this event.
The meeting was chaired by President Xu Tianyun. Deputy Director Yu Hongwei of the Policy and Regulations Department of Hangzhou Trade Bureau represented the competent department to attend the meeting and participated in the discussion of related matters. Supervisor Zhu Guoyan was present at the meeting.
