In September 2011, in the national customer satisfaction evaluation activity, Beijing Funait Laundry Service Co., Ltd., the director unit of the China Commercial Laundry Committee, was selected as one of the "Top Ten Brands of National Customer Satisfactory Life Service Enterprises."
The "Third National Customer Satisfaction Evaluation Activity" hosted by the China General Chamber of Commerce and the China Consumer Protection Foundation was held to implement the spirit of the 16th and 17th National Congress of the Communist Party, carry out the national "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" outline, and deeply promote the domestic trade standard "Customer Satisfaction Evaluation Specification for Commercial Service Industry" issued by the Ministry of Commerce in January 25, 2007. More than 500 enterprises registered to participate in various ways. The evaluation was strictly conducted according to the domestic trade standard of the "Customer Satisfaction Evaluation Specification for Commercial Service Industry." Using the standard as a measure, indicators such as "brand image," "expected quality," "perceived quality," "perceived service quality," "perceived value," "satisfaction," and "loyalty" of production and life service enterprises were investigated, followed by online voting and multiple public announcements, and finally a comprehensive evaluation was made to obtain the results.
Through a fair, just, and open election method, four major awards were selected: "Top Ten Brands of National Customer Best Satisfaction," "Top Ten Brands of National Customer Satisfactory Life and Production Service Enterprises," "Top Ten Brands of National Customer Satisfaction (Industry)," and "Enterprise Brand Building Contribution Figures." Among them, Beijing Funait Laundry Service Co., Ltd., together with Xiabu Xiabu Restaurant Management Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Guoshang Industrial Service Co., Ltd., and other enterprises, was awarded the "Top Ten Brands of National Customer Satisfactory Life Service Enterprises."
