The Approval Meeting for the Standards "Service Operation Specifications for the Laundry and Dyeing Industry" and "Service Quality Requirements for the Laundry and Dyeing Industry" Held in Beijing

News from this site: On July 14, the Market Construction Department of the Ministry of Commerce organized an approval meeting in Beijing for the domestic trade industry standards "Service Operation Specifications for the Laundry and Dyeing Industry" and "Service Quality Requirements for the Laundry and Dyeing Industry" (draft for approval). Nine experts from the National Standard Technical Review Department, China General Chamber of Commerce, Beijing Laundry and Dyeing Association, and some enterprises attended the meeting.
At the meeting, experts listened to the drafting team's explanation of the standards and the report on the preparation status. They reviewed the standard text chapter by chapter and article by article. The experts unanimously agreed that the submitted materials provided by the drafting units were complete, and the writing format complied with the provisions of GB/T1.1—2009; during the preparation process, the drafting team consulted a large amount of information, conducted extensive research, and solicited opinions from industry peers. These two standards put forward specific requirements for service operation and service quality in the laundry and dyeing industry, possessing strong scientific basis, advancement, and operability.
The expert group unanimously approved the draft standards for "Service Operation Specifications for the Laundry and Dyeing Industry" and "Service Quality Requirements for the Laundry and Dyeing Industry." These two standards were led and developed by the Laundry Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce. This meeting was the final review for these two standards, which will subsequently be officially announced and implemented by the Ministry of Commerce.
