The program "Getting Out of the Misconceptions of Dry Cleaning," co-produced by the China Commercial Federation Laundry and Dyeing Committee and CCTV's "So That's How It Is" program team, will be broadcast on CCTV-10 Science and Education Channel at 18:56 on February 13, 2012.
This program focuses on common misconceptions consumers have about garment dry cleaning, such as dry cleaning meaning cleaning while dry, dry cleaning having stronger stain removal ability than water washing, all clothes being suitable for dry cleaning, laundry shops being able to handle all stains, and down jackets only being dry cleaned. These views are explained one by one through live experiments, video demonstrations, and expert explanations. It is of great significance for more laundry consumers to learn dry cleaning knowledge by watching this science program, helping to eliminate laundry misunderstandings and increase consumer trust.
