To promote and explain the laundry and dyeing industry to the broad consumer base, allowing more people to understand the industry and dispel some misconceptions about the laundry process, recently, the Laundry and Dyeing Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce collaborated with CCTV Channel 10's program "So That's How It Is" to film a program titled "Breaking Out of Dry Cleaning Misconceptions." The preliminary recording of the program was completed yesterday, and it is planned to be broadcast around the Spring Festival.
Before filming, several experts held multiple discussions and studies on the program's plan in advance, and finally cooperated with the TV director to finalize a shooting plan. The program covers common misconceptions about laundry treatment such as: dry cleaning means washing clothes dry, dry cleaning has stronger stain removal ability than water washing, all clothes can be dry cleaned, and laundry shops can handle all stains. At that time, Pan Wei, Executive Deputy Director and Secretary-General of the Laundry and Dyeing Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce, and Qi Datong, a member of the Expert Committee, will be invited experts who, together with the host and special guests, will explain these laundry misconceptions to the audience through live experiments, recorded clips, expert experience, and live interaction.
It is believed that after the one-hour program is broadcast, it will have a certain impact on public opinion and play a guiding role in the industry. The experts' pragmatic and objective spirit will also present the industry more transparently to the viewers.
Please pay attention to China Laundry Network; the program's broadcast time will be announced soon.
