On December 19, 2011, the China Commercial Federation Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee signed a cooperation agreement with the quality and safety service organization "Tianxiang Group," officially establishing a cooperative relationship between the two parties in the nationwide laundry and dyeing service quality appraisal and the formulation of industry standards.
Laundry and dyeing service quality appraisal is an important work for mediating service disputes between consumers and operators in the laundry and dyeing industry and resolving quality disputes. With the continuous emergence of new textile fabrics and the development of garment manufacturing technology, consumers' requirements for garment washing quality have been continuously increasing, leading to a rise in the number of disputes and the difficulty of mediation in the laundry and dyeing industry. To strengthen the standardization and scientific nature of the appraisal work, improve the credibility of appraisal reports, and increase consumers' trust in appraisal results, the China Commercial Federation Laundry and Dyeing Committee, after nearly six months of selection and negotiation, designated "Tianxiang Group" as the national laundry and dyeing service quality appraisal center's designated laboratory.
"Tianxiang Group" is a globally leading quality and safety service organization with a history of more than 100 years. It has over 1,000 laboratories and offices in more than 110 countries and regions worldwide, providing services including testing, certification, auditing, inspection, safety assessment, quality assurance, analysis, and consulting. Its strong professional background and experienced expert team have made it an authoritative appraisal institution.
On the morning of the 19th, Pan Wei, Executive Deputy Director and Secretary-General of the China Commercial Federation Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee, and Wang Jianping, General Manager of the China Market Division of the Group, signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.
