On December 12, 2011, the founding conference of the Liaoning Province Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association was held in Shenyang, attended by more than one hundred representatives from the laundry and dyeing industry in the Liaoning region. The conference elected Shu Jun'e as the first president, Zhang Shoujun as the executive vice president and secretary-general, and Liu Luju, Xu Yunfeng, Li Yuchen, Liu Minggang, Lu Ping, Liu Hongbo, Shi Jialiang, Liu Jia, Liu Jingsheng, and Tang Wenkui as vice presidents.
Pan Wei, executive deputy director and secretary-general of the Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce, was invited to attend the conference and presented the "Executive Director Unit of the Laundry and Dyeing Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce" certificate to the Liaoning Province Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association. In his speech, Pan Wei said: "I believe the establishment of the Liaoning Province Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association will play a positive role in promoting the healthy and standardized development of the laundry and dyeing industry in Liaoning Province. At present, the promotion and implementation of the two standards, 'Laundry and Dyeing Service Operation Specifications' and 'Laundry and Dyeing Service Quality Requirements,' can be taken as a key task." Leaders from some local laundry and dyeing associations across the country attended to offer congratulations.
