"National Laundry Industry Integrity Service Convention"

To implement the Ministry of Commerce's requirements for carrying out "Quality Service" activities in the trade and service industry, strengthen industry self-discipline awareness, improve service quality, protect consumers' legitimate rights and interests, promote the healthy and orderly development of the laundry industry, and in response to the initiative of the China Commercial Federation Laundry Professional Committee, we solemnly promise to fulfill the following convention:
1. Comply with relevant national laws and regulations, conscientiously implement industry standards, and consciously accept supervision from relevant departments, the public, and the media.
2. Use standardized promotional language: ensure that promotional language complies with national regulations, is truthful, and does not use exaggerated, ambiguous, or misleading words that could confuse customers.
3. Use fully enclosed dry cleaning machines that meet national standards and comply with national environmental protection requirements.
4. Adhere to correct washing methods, operate according to standards, and do not pass off water washing as dry cleaning.
5. Clearly mark prices and never commit price fraud against customers.
6. Care for customers' clothing and ensure the safety of garments.
7. Continuously improve professional skills and service quality, reduce washing accidents, and properly handle washing disputes.
8. Carefully explain clothing washing knowledge to customers so that the public understands consumption.
