The first member conference of the fourth session of the Hangzhou Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association was held on the afternoon of February 26 at the Hangzhou Zhijiang Hotel Conference Center. The meeting elected Weng Xiangqun, General Manager of Hangzhou Zheye Logistics Service Co., Ltd., as the president of the fourth council of the association; Wu Hangsheng and six others as vice presidents; Pan Chengfei as supervisor; and Cai Wenlei as secretary-general. The meeting also elected Guo Liming and 47 others as members of the new council, and Jin Jian and 11 others as executive directors. The meeting was a complete success.
The meeting began with Secretary-General Cai Wenlei delivering the 2013 association work report. The report summarized the association's work in 2013 and put forward future work requirements. The attending members considered the report fair and objective, truthfully reflecting the association's achievements over the past year.
The meeting was followed by the third council supervisor Zhu Guoyan reading the departure audit report on the third council president Xu Tianyun, conducted by Zhejiang Tianping Accounting Firm. The audit conclusion was: all major aspects comply with the "Accounting System for Private Non-Profit Organizations."
After the election, the newly elected president Weng Xiangqun gave a speech. He stated that he would carry forward the association's fine traditions, unite and lead all members to advance the association's work, and promote the healthy development of the industry.
At this meeting, six units including Hangzhou Kaiyuan Zhijiang Cleaning Co., Ltd. were commended as pilot demonstration enterprises for service standardization in Zhejiang Province's laundry and dyeing industry, and plaques were awarded.
Laundry and dyeing industry associations and units from across the country, including the Laundry Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce, the Laundry Equipment Branch of the China Light Industry Machinery Association, the Heilongjiang Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association, the Shaanxi Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association, the Sichuan Laundry and Dyeing Association, the Shanghai Laundry Industry Association, the Dalian Laundry Industry Association, the Suzhou Laundry Industry Association, the Xi'an Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association, Beijing Zhongqing Heli International Exhibition Co., Ltd., and other national industry associations and related units sent congratulatory letters, expressing warm congratulations on the successful holding of the Hangzhou Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association member conference and the leadership transition.
This meeting successfully achieved the transition between the old and new leadership, bringing new expectations and visions to the broad membership, and opened a new chapter for the Hangzhou Laundry and Dyeing Association.
