On February 26, 2014, Jieshen Laundry signed a New Third Board listing service agreement with China Merchants Securities. Mr. Sun Shanjia, Chairman of Jieshen Group, Ms. Quan Limin, Chief Engineer of the company, Ms. Liu Xiaojing, Deputy General Manager of the Group, as well as relevant leaders from China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd., Wanlong Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd., Ruihua Accounting Firm, and Wenkang Law Firm jointly participated in the signing ceremony.
The successful holding of this signing ceremony signifies that our company will officially start the share reform and listing process on the New Third Board. Through listing on the "New Third Board," the company will become more standardized, bringing better opportunities for enterprise development.
