Notice on Establishing a Team of Senior Lecturers in China's Laundry and Dyeing Industry

All laundry and dyeing industry associations and related units, members of the laundry and dyeing professional committee:

To further implement the spirit of the "Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Commerce on Further Developing the Laundry and Dyeing Industry" (Shang Shangmao Fa [2010] No. 371), to strengthen talent cultivation in the laundry and dyeing industry, actively explore effective ways to carry out vocational training, regulate training behavior, and improve the quality of vocational skills training, the Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce has decided to gradually establish a high-quality team of lecturers in the laundry and dyeing industry based on industry characteristics. Each lecturer will undergo our association's review, training, and assessment certification, selecting the best from the best. The establishment and growth of this team will directly affect the technical level of industry practitioners and industry development. Therefore, our association will hold the China Laundry and Dyeing Industry Senior Lecturer Certification Training Class irregularly.
1. Application Requirements
(1) Possess a national vocational qualification technician (Level 2) or above vocational qualification certificate in this industry, or hold an intermediate or above professional technical position qualification in a related specialty, or have obtained the CETTIC vocational trainer qualification certificate, and have worked in the laundry and dyeing or related industries for no less than 12 years;
(2) Have relatively rich professional knowledge and teaching experience in the laundry and dyeing industry, and have a good reputation in carrying out industry training work;
(3) Be able to independently prepare teaching outlines and handouts, and have the ability to use modern teaching equipment for lectures;
(4) Possess good language expression and argumentation skills, enabling students to clearly understand the knowledge taught;
(5) Be courageous in innovation and exploration, have strong learning and knowledge updating abilities, and continuously improve one's professional level.
2. Qualification Certification and Annual Review
(1) Qualification Certification
Those who meet the above application conditions and pass our association's preliminary review, training, and assessment will be awarded the "China Laundry and Dyeing Industry Senior Lecturer" qualification certificate and badge, and their lecturer information will be published on the "China Laundry" website and entered into the China Laundry and Dyeing Industry Senior Lecturer Talent Database.
(2) Annual Review
Those who have obtained the senior lecturer qualification in the laundry and dyeing industry must undergo qualification re-examination every two years and pay a management fee of 500 yuan per two years. Those who fail to undergo re-examination or pay the management fee on time will have their lecturer qualifications canceled and be publicly announced.

The first China Laundry and Dyeing Industry Senior Lecturer Certification Training Class will be held in Beijing from March 24 to 26, 2014. The specific matters are notified as follows:
1. China Laundry and Dyeing Industry Senior Lecturer Application Requirements
Applicants for the senior lecturer certification training class must meet the application requirements stipulated in the "Notice on Establishing the China Laundry and Dyeing Industry Senior Lecturer Team."
2. Training Content and Schedule
(1) Training Content
(1) How to teach scientifically. A comprehensive explanation of how to conduct a good class, how to strengthen classroom teaching ability, control ability, guidance ability, and teacher-student interaction ability;
(2) Current development overview and trends of the laundry and dyeing industry;
(3) Current standards and professional terminology norms of China's laundry and dyeing industry;
(4) Introduction to national vocational qualifications and industry practice certificates;
(5) Skills for making PPT handouts;
(6) Interaction and communication among students.

3. Assessment and Certification Method
Those who pass the preliminary qualification review, attend the training class, and pass the theoretical knowledge assessment and PPT teaching trial assessment will be certified. The China General Chamber of Commerce Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee will issue the China Laundry and Dyeing Industry Senior Lecturer qualification certificate and badge, publish lecturer information on the "China Laundry" website, and enter the China Laundry and Dyeing Industry Senior Lecturer Talent Database.
4. Registration Method
Those who meet the conditions should fill out the "China Laundry and Dyeing Industry Lecturer Application Form" and mail it along with the following materials to our association before March 10, 2014. Only those who pass our association's preliminary review and obtain the attendance certificate can participate in the training (on-site or late registration is not accepted):
(1) Original national vocational qualification level certificate (returned during training) or a copy of the intermediate or above professional technical position qualification certificate in a related specialty or a copy of the CETTIC vocational trainer qualification certificate;
(2) Copies of various academic degrees, qualifications, and award certificates;
(3) One copy of the applicant's ID card;
(4) Four recent 1-inch bareheaded photos of the applicant.
5. Training and Certification Fees
Laundry and Dyeing Committee member units: 3200 yuan/person; non-member units: 3500 yuan/person. (The fee includes accommodation, training, materials, assessment certification fees, and the first two years of management fees)

1. By Bus: Training participants will gather at 2:00 PM on March 24 at the Laundry Committee (No. 45 Fuxingmen Inner Street, Xicheng District, Beijing) to take the bus to the training location.
2. By Self-driving:
East Route: From Beisihuan Wanghe Bridge onto Jingcheng Expressway, head north to Exit 11 Changjin (Zhaoquanying Toll Station), exit the highway, turn left towards Changping Xingshou, go to the first traffic light and turn right, head north crossing Jingmi Diversion Canal (Xi Xishi Bridge), turn left and follow the "Xiyuyuan" road signs to reach the destination.
Middle Route: From Beisihuan Yayuncun Anhui Bridge, head north along Beiyuan Road and Litang Road to Xiaotangshan Daliushu Roundabout, continue north along Old Ansi Road crossing Jingmi Diversion Canal (Xingshou Bridge), turn right and follow the "Xiyuyuan" road signs eastward to reach the destination.
West Route: From Beisihuan Jianxiang Bridge onto Jingchang Expressway, head north to the Sixth Ring Road interchange, take the North Sixth Ring Road towards Shunyi, exit at "Xiaotangshan Beiyuan Exit", take Litang Road north to Daliushu Roundabout and continue as per the Middle Route.
9. Related Matters
1. During the training exam, each person will conduct a PPT teaching demonstration. All participants must bring their own laptops;
2. Participants can enjoy free access to entertainment facilities at the training venue including swimming, bowling, billiards, sand arc ball, badminton, and table tennis. Swimming suits and caps must be prepared by participants.
