Suzhou Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association issued a statement to cancel the Laundry Branch under the association. The full text is as follows:
Regarding the cancellation of the Laundry Branch and prevention of false impersonation
The "Laundry Branch of Suzhou Laundry Industry Association" under the Suzhou Laundry Industry Association has been canceled, hereby notified as follows:
1. The original leadership of the branch is dissolved, and the personnel of the leadership are naturally dismissed.
2. From now on, no individual or organization is allowed to organize, carry out, or participate in any activities in any form under the name of the Laundry Branch of Suzhou Laundry Industry Association.
3. Any plaques made without permission in the name of Suzhou Laundry Industry Association by the original Laundry Branch should be consciously destroyed and must not continue to be displayed; otherwise, it constitutes infringement against the association and deception towards customers and the public.
4. From now on, any plaques, certificates, or documents related to the Laundry Branch of Suzhou Laundry Industry Association that were made without approval, original or currently in use, are all invalid and must cease to be used.
5. Any plaques without the oval green background with white characters, red stamp plus steel seal of Suzhou Laundry Industry Association, and any certificates without the annual inspection seal of Suzhou Laundry Industry Association are counterfeit advertisements and infringements.
6. All agreement appraisal reports from Suzhou Laundry Quality Appraisal Center must be signed in person by four or more experts to be valid.
7. Due to previous discoveries of individuals impersonating to issue "Suzhou Laundry Quality Appraisal Center Appraisal Reports" and continuing to misuse the names of "Suzhou Laundry Industry Association" or "Suzhou Laundry Industry Association Laundry Branch" and the branch leadership, this notice is issued. We respectfully ask all social consumer groups and individuals to pay close attention and inform each other.
