President Takeda and others learned about the market development status of Dalian's laundry industry and highly praised the production level of Dalian's laundry factories and stores as well as the technical skills of laundry workers. During the exchange with association leaders, President Takeda said that currently, the development level of Dalian's laundry industry is getting closer and closer to that of Japan. Regarding the issue of rising labor costs in the laundry industry, both sides discussed and exchanged views. Mr. Takeda said that this problem also exists in Japan's laundry industry, and the best current solution is to replace human resources with modern equipment. Although the initial capital investment is higher, it avoids a series of problems related to recruitment, training, and management. Moreover, the cost of managing equipment is definitely lower than managing labor.
President Takeda also highly praised the work of the Dalian Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association and reached a consensus with Secretary General Wang to establish a friendly association between the two organizations. They extended an invitation to the Dalian Laundry and Dyeing Association and enterprises to visit Japan. Both leaders expressed the intention to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the two associations in the future to promote the development of the laundry and dyeing industry between the two countries.
