Secretary-General Pan Wei visits some laundry and dyeing enterprises in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai

Pan Wei, Executive Deputy Director and Secretary-General of the China Commercial Federation Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee, recently conducted a series of visits and inspections at Suzhou Aixin Enterprise Service Co., Ltd., Kunshan Ziwei Laundry Service Company, Shanghai Kabo Laundry Company, and Saiwei Laundry Life Chain Organization. During this period, Secretary-General Pan Wei discussed and communicated with the leaders of these enterprises on topics such as the formulation of standards for the laundry and dyeing industry, industry development, prospects for central laundry factories, standardized management of large-scale washing plants, and the development of chain store operation models for laundries. Everyone agreed that enterprises should maintain regular communication with the association in the future and strengthen cooperation in the standardization of industry training.
Suzhou Aixin is a large-scale washing plant mainly engaged in the rental of medical public textiles, with a daily production capacity of over 40 tons. It has two tunnel-type washing production lines, and its washing plant in Nanjing is also under construction. The new plant, once completed, will be domestically leading in scale and modernization. Kunshan Ziwei is a laundry enterprise mainly operating under the central laundry factory model focusing on household clothing washing. Since 2011, the company has undergone automation transformation, significantly improving production efficiency since its operation began. In 2012, it was awarded the National Well-Known Brand in the laundry and dyeing industry by the Laundry and Dyeing Committee. Shanghai Kabo combines both central laundry factory and franchise chain operation models. Its in-store brand Kunbo has developed rapidly, mainly engaged in leather care, and has gained a good market reputation, being repeatedly recognized as a National Well-Known Brand in the laundry and dyeing industry. Shanghai Saiwei is one of the earliest laundry enterprises in China to adopt the franchise chain operation model. Since its development began in 1994, it has grown rapidly, with nearly 7,000 franchise chain stores nationwide.
During the inspection, Secretary-General Pan Wei communicated with member units about the next work plan of the Laundry and Dyeing Committee, emphasizing strengthening industry standardization construction, closely integrating with the standards committee, and cooperating with relevant departments of the Ministry of Commerce to accelerate the drafting and formulation of laundry and dyeing industry standards. Next year, the committee will continue to carry out commendation activities focusing on well-known industry brands, outstanding managers, recommended products, and meritorious figures according to the plan, further strengthening member work and expanding the membership team.
