Deputy Director Lu Zhiji attended the National Professional Standardization Technical Committee Meeting
The second session of the 2012 National Professional Standardization Technical Committee Training Course was held in Xiamen from October 17 to 19. Heads of standardization technical committees from various industries across the country and leaders from local quality supervision bureaus nationwide participated in this training. Leaders of the National Standardization Committee attended the opening ceremony and gave important instructions on the situation and tasks of standardization in China. Deputy Director of the National Laundry Standardization Technical Committee, Lu Zhiji, who is also the Chairman of Guangdong Tiantian Laundry Chain Co., Ltd., was appointed by the National Laundry Standardization Technical Committee to attend this training.
This training was conducted by relevant department heads of the National Standardization Administration Committee and authoritative domestic standardization experts, who explained knowledge on national standard formulation and revision, technical committee management, international standardization, comprehensive standardization, and mandatory national standard notification and evaluation. A technical committee symposium was held, along with presentations on international standardization work experience and exchanges on technical committee work experience. The training also covered the responsibilities and assessment management of technical committees in accordance with the "National Professional Standardization Technical Committee Management Regulations" and the "National Professional Standardization Technical Committee Assessment and Evaluation Management Measures." This training provided references and basis for promoting the scientific and rational formulation and improvement of national standards in the laundry industry, set directions and goals for the laundry industry's participation in international standardization activities, and further validated that the "National Laundry Standardization Technical Committee Charter" and the "National Laundry Standardization Technical Committee Secretariat Work Rules" formulated by the National Laundry Standardization Technical Committee are aligned with the country's advanced standardization. The training was a complete success.
