The 12th National Games of the People's Republic of China were held in Shenyang from August 31 to September 12. The Shenyang Laundry and Dyeing Association was designated as the official laundry service provider for the Athletes' Village. Enterprises such as Shenyang Dongfang Baige Laundry Co., Ltd., Lao Jiuhua, and Huarentai fully committed to providing all kinds of services to welcome athletes from across the country. To ensure that the service work is orderly, high-quality, safe, and satisfactory, the Shenyang Laundry and Dyeing Association formulated a detailed implementation plan. Relevant member units publicly announced laundry service quality standards, service specifications, work responsibilities, laundry price lists, and fire safety responsibilities. During the service process, they adhered to the service philosophy of wholeheartedly serving athletes, willing to suffer losses themselves to satisfy customers; establishing a service awareness that provides professional and distinctive services tailored to different customer needs. The Shenyang Dongfang Baige Laundry Chain Fushun Flagship Store uses first-class service facilities, professional technology, and service standards to wash clothes well and cleanly for athletes, allowing them to compete refreshed. Store manager Liu Zhi said: This National Games strives for thrift, but our service for athletes aims for "luxury". Every step must be meticulous, ensuring cleanliness, smoothness, brightness, pure color without wrinkles, no stains, no lint, no deformation, and "meticulous care" to wash every piece of clothing well for the athletes.
On August 29, Zheng Fuyuan, president of the Shenyang Laundry and Dyeing Association, Li Yuchen, general manager of Shenyang Dongfang Baige Laundry Co., Ltd., vice president of the Liaoning Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association, and vice president of the Shenyang Laundry and Dyeing Association, visited the Athletes' Village together to understand the situation of each village, coordinate related matters, and encourage laundry service enterprises to take on the social responsibility of Shenyang's laundry industry during the National Games, serve the National Games, and be civilized laundry workers.
