This site reports that on September 13, 2012, the third meeting for the compilation of the "National Vocational Qualification Training Manual for Leather Care Workers" was held at the Washing and Dyeing Committee. The meeting discussed the editorial achievements of the editorial committee members over the past year since the launch meeting of the textbook compilation last year. The "National Vocational Qualification Training Manual for Leather Care Workers" is compiled based on the "National Vocational Skill Standards for Leather Care Workers." Currently, the textbook outline has been basically finalized, and the compilation team members will complete the editing work of the textbook content according to their respective tasks and divisions. It is reported that the first draft of the "National Vocational Qualification Training Manual for Leather Care Workers" will be completed by the end of this year.
The National Vocational Qualification Training Manual (hereinafter referred to as the "Manual") is a specialized course book compiled to promote the national vocational qualification certificate system among practitioners and to advance vocational training. The compilation of the "Manual" strictly follows the requirements of the national vocational standards and provides a direct basis for the development of the national vocational skill assessment question bank. The compilation of the "Manual" is an important part of the national vocational skill education work. Practitioners gradually meet the knowledge and skill requirements of the corresponding occupation and level in the national vocational standards through training, practice, and study of the "Manual," enabling them to be competent for the corresponding job positions; at the same time, according to the requirements of the "National Vocational Standards," through learning the knowledge and skills in the "Manual," they can pass the corresponding national vocational skill assessment exams and obtain the national vocational qualification certificate.
