On July 11, the "4th 7.11 Laundry Festival" of Dalian's laundry and dyeing industry was grandly held at Bangchuidao Garden Square, a place known for its mountains, sea, islands, and beaches, and a national leader's health resort, achieving great success. This event was hosted by the Dalian Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association, organized by Dalian Dama Washing Co., Ltd. and Dalian Gellite Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and co-organized by six units including Dalian Youbang Laundry Co., Ltd., the Korean Haein Office in Dalian, and Ailan Clean Laundry Co., Ltd. The establishment of the 7.11 Laundry Festival aims to provide a platform for laundry industry professionals to exchange industry experience and showcase their talents. Dalian's laundry and dyeing industry has jointly welcomed the fourth festival dedicated to laundry workers. The event, themed "Exchanging Industry Experience, Improving Technical Skills," was conducted through guest interviews, professional skill competitions, and sightseeing tours. This was also the first time the event featured live guest interviews and oral Q&A sessions, creating a lively and unique atmosphere.
The guest lineup for this event was strong. Leaders of the Dalian Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association, including President Xu Manli, Secretary-General Wang Jidong, Vice President Ma Yuejun, and Kong Xianhong, attended; executive directors such as Li Lin, manager of the Ilsa Laundry chain store, Li Jun, manager of the Funait Laundry chain store, and Zhu Weihua, manager of Ailan Clean Laundry, also attended the meeting; many led teams to participate in the competition, and some industry peers traveled from afar taking advantage of the tourism opportunity. Nearly 80 people attended, giving high praise to the venue selection, layout, and event arrangements. The opening ceremony was hosted by Secretary-General Wang Jidong of the Dalian Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association.
At the opening ceremony, President Xu Manli delivered a charming speech sending blessings to every laundry worker, looking forward to a bright future for the laundry and dyeing industry, and pointed out that laundry workers must unite closely and seek development together to improve the overall industry status and development level.
This interview event was hosted by Deputy Secretary-General Liu Shuang of the Dalian Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association. The interview guests mainly came from well-known chain enterprises in Dalian, independent brand companies, and professional detergent manufacturers. General Manager Lu Ping of Yingkou Rongrong Laundry and General Manager Liu Luju of Tieling Luju Laundry also participated. The event also covered entrepreneurs in the luxury leather care industry to jointly discuss business and management experience in this field, share industry insights, and help everyone gain a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the laundry and dyeing industry. On-site guests took this opportunity to consult the interviewees about difficulties encountered in their work and received satisfactory answers. 
The afternoon laundry and dyeing professional skills exchange competition was jointly hosted by Xu Yanmei, a national senior technician in the laundry and dyeing industry, a senior assessor of national vocational skill appraisal, and a referee, and Tang Guiqiang, a national laundry and dyeing leather care "technical expert" and deputy director of the Dalian Leather Care Professional Committee. The competition included five events: front desk garment receipt, clothing ironing, stain removal, leather care, and leather garment maintenance. Each specialty was represented by experts with superb skills invited as judges to provide comments, exchange ideas, and clarify areas for improvement. Contestants from various Dalian enterprises took the stage to speak confidently, sharing their skills verbally. Some were veterans with many years in the laundry industry, professional and humble; others were newcomers, young and promising. Their answers were precise down to every detail. Notably, regardless of their competition results, participation and courage were commendable, injecting new vitality into the entire industry. The competition not only tested the skills of practitioners but also trained their psychological resilience and adaptability, helping them advance to higher stages, nationwide and worldwide. Meanwhile, Teacher Zhihao also provided comments for the leather care contestants. The event concluded in a joyful atmosphere.
