From August 1 to 7, 2012, Funait headquarters initiated a clothing donation campaign for disaster-stricken areas at chain stores in the Beijing region. The event received responses from many franchisees as soon as it was announced, and even more touching was that many customers also participated, bringing brand-new clothes from home to the stores, hoping we could bring them to friends in the disaster areas.
On August 9, three representatives from Funait headquarters drove for over an hour to Dashiwotown, Fangshan District, delivering more than 800 collected pieces of clothing to the designated receiving point. Local government leaders warmly received them and sincerely thanked all the kind-hearted people who donated clothes to the disaster areas and villagers.
In this charity donation event, all the clothes gathered by Funait headquarters were screened by headquarters staff, with some clothes washed and ironed to ensure that the clothes delivered to the donation department were clean and tidy.

Funait's truck loaded with donated clothes and items arrived at the Dashiwotown government office in Fangshan District.

This time, Funait headquarters collected more than 800 pieces of clothing, as well as daily necessities such as rice and flour. Thanks to the full cooperation and support of many Funait chain stores, numerous customers, and transportation companies, we hope to provide some help to the villagers in the disaster areas.
