On the afternoon of June 20, 2013, at 14:00, the review meeting for the Liaoning Provincial Local Standard "Quality Specification for Public Textile Washing" was held at the Dalian Laundry Industry Association. The attending review experts included Zheng Huaihai, Chief Staff Member of the Standardization Division of Liaoning Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision; Zhao Aidong, Deputy Director of the Standardization Division of Dalian Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision; Liu Jinhua, Deputy Division-level Investigator; Hong Yajie, Chief Physician of Dalian Center for Disease Control and Prevention; Zhang Luping, Deputy Secretary-General of Dalian Consumer Association; Wang Jidong, Secretary-General of Dalian Laundry Industry Association; Liu Wenhai, Senior Technician of Dalian Dama Laundry Co., Ltd.; Lv Ming, Laundry Department Manager of Dalian Fuli South Mountain Hotel; and Han Debing, Engineer of Dalian Gellite Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The meeting was chaired by Zheng Huaihai, Chief Staff Member of the Standardization Division of Liaoning Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. First, expert Liu Wenhai gave a detailed explanation of the compilation of the "Quality Specification for Public Textile Washing." The expert group, chaired by Hong Yajie, conducted a chapter-by-chapter and article-by-article review of the specification. After discussion and research by all experts, a consensus on revisions was reached, and the review opinions were read aloud by Director Zhao Aidong.
The approval of the "Quality Specification for Public Textile Washing" provides a basis for the standardized, professional, standardized, and scientific management of public textile washing enterprises in our province. It has profound historical significance for improving the service quality of the washing and dyeing industry in our province and promoting the standardized development of the industry; it also has important practical significance for promoting the healthy and rapid development of related industries such as hotels, catering, accommodation, and tourism throughout the province. The Liaoning Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision entrusted the important review work of this standard to the Dalian Laundry Industry Association, which is also a sign of the trust and recognition from higher authorities for our work.
Finally, Wang Jidong, Secretary-General of the Dalian Laundry Industry Association, made a summary of the meeting work, expressed sincere thanks to the experts attending the meeting, and congratulated the successful approval of the standard review. This standard has been submitted to the Liaoning Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision for approval and public announcement. After the announcement, this standard will be officially issued and implemented throughout the province. The review meeting was a complete success thanks to the joint efforts of the attending experts.
