The "China International Laundry and Dyeing Industry Summit Forum" is a high-end dialogue in the international laundry and dyeing industry founded in 2005 by the Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the "Laundry and Dyeing Committee"). This year will grandly host the third session. At that time, well-known experts and scholars, as well as senior executives from the global laundry and dyeing industry, will gather at the National Convention Center in Beijing to deeply discuss the current development trends and difficulties of the laundry and dyeing industry, broaden horizons, and the application of new technologies, sharing their summaries of concepts and practices with peers. This is a rare opportunity for technical exchange and intellectual collision in the international laundry and dyeing community.
The forum venue is set at the National Convention Center adjacent to the Olympic Forest Park, next to the two world-renowned main venues of the Beijing Olympics — the Bird's Nest and the Water Cube. During breaks, enjoy the beautiful scenery.
I. Organization
1. Organizer. Host: Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce (CLA), Co-organizer: International Committee of Textile Care (CINET);
2. Preparatory Group. Leader: Pan Wei, Deputy Leaders: Peter Wennekes, Zhang Rongyao, Zhu Lijun, Pu Jinyong.
II. Time and Place
August 6, 2013, Beijing · National Convention Center (No. 8 Beichen East Road, Beijing)
III. Forum Scale
To ensure the high quality of the event, the number of participants is limited to 350. The preparatory group will review and send invitations in order based on registration information and time.
IV. Meeting Content
1. Main Forum. All participants attend. Inviting globally renowned industry experts to rationally analyze the laundry and dyeing market, technology, equipment, and management environment, foresee industry development trends, and share insights and experiences from domestic and foreign industry visits and comparisons;
2. Sub-Forum. Two special forums "Household Laundry" and "Public Textile Laundry" will be held separately, and the audience can choose according to business characteristics. Inviting well-known domestic and foreign technical experts to answer questions about important steps, technical difficulties, and innovative measures in production processes;
3. Summit Dialogue. A dialogue between leaders of household laundry and public textile laundry and participants, solving practitioners' confusions and offering advice. Guest hosts will also summarize participants' thoughts for focused discussion;
4. Cocktail Dinner. Following the above laundry and dyeing thought and technology forum feast, a party for senior executives from domestic and foreign laundry and dyeing industries. Here, participants will have close contact with famous lecturers, enjoying joyful times like old friends gathering over drinks.
V. Registration Method and Fees
1. Registration Qualifications: This summit forum will gather global industry pioneers to jointly discuss laundry and dyeing industry issues. Registrants must be senior executives of well-known domestic and foreign laundry and dyeing related enterprises, association leaders, or well-known industry experts;
2. Registration Period: Reservations accepted from the date of issuance until July 31. Due to limited spots, early registration is recommended. Registration status will be released in real-time via China Laundry, various QQ groups, Feixin, WeChat, and other platforms. If pre-registration is full, on-site registration will not be accepted;
3. Fees: During the reservation period, Laundry and Dyeing Committee members (hereinafter "members") pay 900 RMB/person, non-members 1100 RMB/person, foreign guests 200 USD/person; after the deadline or on-site registration, members pay 1200 RMB/person, non-members 1400 RMB/person; foreign guests 240 USD/person.
The above fees include:
① Morning main forum;
② The first half of the afternoon sub-forum (choose freely based on interest): "Household Laundry" or "Public Textile Laundry" special forum;
③ The second half of the afternoon sub-forum summit dialogue (choose one): "Household Laundry" or "Public Textile Laundry" special dialogue;
④ Buffet lunch and tea break;
⑤ Cocktail dinner;
⑥ Group photo and souvenirs;
⑦ Conference materials and forum collection; sharing related conference video materials.
VI. Exhibition and Promotion
1. This forum welcomes domestic and foreign enterprises and associations to participate in on-site promotion and sponsorship in various ways. The forum organizing committee will select and implement plans based on specific arrangements;
2. Media from all sides are welcome to participate in publicity and reporting of the event and to contact the summit forum preparatory group for cooperation.
