Notice on Holding the Second China International Washing and Dyeing Festival
To all local washing and dyeing industry associations, washing and dyeing and related enterprises, and washing and dyeing member units:
According to the 2013 work plan of the Washing and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the "Washing and Dyeing Committee"), and based on the successful experience of holding the first China International Washing and Dyeing Festival in 2009, it is decided to hold the "Second China International Washing and Dyeing Festival" (hereinafter referred to as the "Washing and Dyeing Festival") from August 6 to 10, 2013. III. Main Content
(1) 2013 (14th) China International Washing and Dyeing Industry Exhibition
The "China International Washing and Dyeing Industry Exhibition" is the only brand exhibition in the Chinese washing and dyeing industry supported by the Ministry of Commerce. The exhibition gathers the latest and most advanced water washing and dry cleaning technologies, equipment, instruments, raw and auxiliary materials, detergents, as well as related services such as washing and dyeing, leather care franchise, rental washing services, and laundry plant design and construction. The scale of this exhibition is expected to reach 15,000 square meters.
The exhibition will be held from August 8 to 10, 2013, at the China International Exhibition Center, Beijing;
Jointly organized by the Washing and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce and Guangdong Xinzhilian Exhibition Service Co., Ltd.
(2) The 3rd China International Washing and Dyeing Industry Summit Forum
The "China International Washing and Dyeing Industry Summit Forum" is a high-end dialogue in the international washing and dyeing industry initiated by the Washing and Dyeing Committee. At that time, well-known experts and scholars and senior executives from the global washing and dyeing industry will gather at the National Convention Center to deeply discuss the current development trends, encountered problems, industry management, and application of new technologies in the washing and dyeing industry, sharing their ideas and practical summaries with peers. It is a rare opportunity for technical exchange and intellectual collision in the international washing and dyeing community.

(3) The 8th National Washing and Dyeing Industry Vocational Skills Competition
The "National Washing and Dyeing Industry Vocational Skills Competition" is a national level category II competition. As the most authoritative vocational skills competition in the Chinese washing and dyeing industry, it plays an active role in guiding washing and dyeing practitioners to diligently study technology, develop skills on the job, and promote the overall quality improvement of industry practitioners. It has received attention from government authorities at all levels and industry associations and enterprises nationwide.
The "National Washing and Dyeing Industry Vocational Skills Competition" is a national level category II competition. As the most authoritative vocational skills competition in the Chinese washing and dyeing industry, it plays an active role in guiding washing and dyeing practitioners to diligently study technology, develop skills on the job, and promote the overall quality improvement of industry practitioners. It has received attention from government authorities at all levels and industry associations and enterprises nationwide.

(4) China Washing and Dyeing Industry Leaders Summit
The "China Washing and Dyeing Industry Leaders Summit" is the highest-level seminar in the Chinese washing and dyeing industry, focusing on discussions about the development of the Chinese washing and dyeing industry. It is a leaders' salon for the Chinese washing and dyeing industry. It aims to gather practitioners' ideas, consider their difficulties, provide advice for government departments in formulating industry development strategies, and jointly discuss major industry development issues.

Main participants: Ministry of Commerce of China, relevant leaders of China General Chamber of Commerce, all directors and expert group leaders of the Washing and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce, and specially invited well-known figures in the domestic washing and dyeing industry.
(5) International Washing and Dyeing Industry Business Negotiation Activities
International washing and dyeing industry business negotiation activities will run throughout the Washing and Dyeing Festival. During the entire festival from August 6 to 10, 2013, related enterprises and groups will carry out various forms of exchange and negotiation activities based on the concept of win-win cooperation.
