The "Enterprise Senior Contractual Management Training Course," hosted by the Guangdong Laundry Industry Association and supported by the Laundry Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce, successfully concluded in Shenzhen on November 25, 2012. The training course was led by Meng Shaokai, Deputy Director of the Laundry Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce and General Manager of Shenzhen Zhengzhang Dry Cleaning Co., Ltd. It addressed a series of issues currently faced in the development of China's laundry industry, such as labor shortages, environmental non-compliance, outdated production processes, high energy consumption, and chaotic internal management. Corresponding courses on washing equipment, washing technology (including detergents), and enterprise management were arranged. Nearly thirty senior managers from the laundry industry across multiple provinces and cities participated in this training. The classroom atmosphere was exceptionally lively, and the students summarized many problems currently faced by washing enterprises, including management, finance, technology, and equipment. For example, how to cultivate technical talent? The laundry industry has a low starting point and severe vicious competition; how to solve this? How to use laundry scandals to showcase our company's positive image? How to adjust the organizational structure to meet the demands of peak and off-peak seasons? How to achieve automation in the laundry industry? How to select suitable equipment? The summary and raising of these issues are also the problems that the laundry industry needs to solve and explore in the future.
