To strengthen and innovate the socialized management of consumer rights protection in the laundry and dyeing industry, guide scientific consumption, smooth the channels for safeguarding consumer rights, resolve consumer disputes, facilitate communication between member units and consumers, protect the legitimate rights and interests of member units and consumers, purify the consumer service environment, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry. In May, the Shenyang Laundry and Dyeing Association and the Shenyang Consumer Association jointly established the Shenyang Laundry and Dyeing Industry Consumer Rights Protection Service Station, with the office located at the Shenyang Laundry and Dyeing Association.
Responsibilities of the Consumer Rights Protection Service Station:
1. Provide consumers with consumption information and consultation services.
2. Accept and handle consumer complaints related to member enterprises in the laundry and dyeing industry transferred by the Municipal Consumer Association.
3. Collect data and conduct dynamic analysis on consumption conditions within the laundry and dyeing industry, and propose suggestions to protect consumers' legitimate rights and interests.
4. Carry out other work to protect consumers' legitimate rights and interests.
