The preparatory meeting for the 8th National Laundry and Dyeing Industry Vocational Skills Competition was held on the afternoon of March 21 in Wuhan. More than 20 judges and experts from across the country jointly discussed and finalized the events, assessment methods, and competition formats for the upcoming national finals to be held this year. The atmosphere at the discussion was lively, with judges expressing their views freely, jointly kicking off the 8th National Laundry and Dyeing Industry Vocational Skills Competition. 
Preparatory Meeting Site
It is reported that the 8th National Laundry and Dyeing Industry Vocational Skills Competition, as an important part of the 2nd China International Laundry Festival, will be held from August 8 to 10, 2013, at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing. The competition plans to set up six events: front desk service skills competition, stain removal skills competition, leather clothing maintenance skills competition, leather goods care skills competition, garment ironing skills competition, and clothing mending skills competition. These six events will closely focus on the technologies and knowledge required by enterprises in their operations, using a combination of theory and practical operation to assess the contestants selected from across the country.
