Leather Care Worker Vocational Skill Appraisal Station Launched

With the approval of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security for the two professional skill appraisal stations specific to the leather care industry, the construction work of these two appraisal stations is being intensively carried out under the unified coordination of the Laundry and Dyeing Committee. On March 7, Liu Yong, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Commercial Federation and part-time Director of the Appraisal Center, and Pan Wei, Executive Deputy Director and Secretary-General of the Laundry and Dyeing Committee of the China Commercial Federation, along with the main persons in charge of the vocational skill appraisal work from both sides, held detailed discussions on the next specific tasks of the leather care professional skill appraisal stations. The meeting mainly focused on the standardized management of future appraisal and evaluation work at the appraisal stations, including appraisal work procedures, training management and employment of evaluators, and other related examination management tasks.
At the meeting, it was decided that the first work meeting of the China Commercial Federation Vocational Appraisal Center's Leather Care Professional Skill Appraisal Station would be held in Shanghai on March 31. The main content is to observe the appraisal and evaluation work of the practical skills examination in vocational skill appraisal and to study and determine related work of the appraisal station.
The launch of the two leather care appraisal stations indicates that more and more personnel in the leather care related fields will truly be able to work with certification and receive fuller recognition from society.
