The Secretariat of the Laundry and Dyeing Committee Visits Key Contact Enterprises in Beijing

At the beginning of the new year, the staff of the Laundry and Dyeing Committee Secretariat visited several key enterprises in Beijing for negotiations and discussions, and reported on the various activities to be held by the Laundry and Dyeing Committee in 2013, adopting the professional opinions of enterprise managers.
Led by Pan Wei, Executive Deputy Director and Secretary-General of the Laundry and Dyeing Committee, along with Executive Deputy Director Wang Houzeng, Deputy Director of the Information Department Feng Jinna (in charge of industry experts, technical services, and professional information), Secretaries Hao Xiaomeng (in charge of members and shared textile washing), Chen Qian (in charge of leather and industry standards), Yan Wen (in charge of foreign affairs and information), and Zhang Dong (in charge of China Laundry Network), the team successively visited Beijing Riguang Fine (Group) Company, Beijing Funait Laundry Service Co., Ltd., Beijing Innovation Ancient Road Cleaning Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Hanhwang Weiye Leather Cleaning and Maintenance Chain Service Co., Ltd.
During the visits and discussions with these enterprises, various tasks for 2013 were discussed:
1. Preparation and hosting of the referee evaluation and vocational skills competition held in Wuhan in March;
2. The Laundry and Dyeing Committee's senior inspection delegation to the United States departing in June (visiting the New Orleans Cleaning Exhibition, large-scale laundries, laundromats, etc.);
3. The 2nd International Laundry and Dyeing Festival held in August (2013 China International Laundry Industry Exhibition, the 8th National Laundry Industry Vocational Skills Competition, National Laundry Industry Work Conference, International Laundry Industry Summit Forum);
4. The Chinese Laundry Industry's senior inspection delegation to Europe in October (visiting the Paris Laundry Industry Exhibition, inspecting leather factories, observing and learning European leather care techniques);
5. Various daily tasks: standard drafting, journal expansion and revision, information collection, international exchanges, media liaison, industry research, professional appraisal, and training.
Each enterprise offered suggestions and advice on the Laundry and Dyeing Committee's work based on their business characteristics and research directions. These opinions and suggestions embody the entrepreneurs' industry experience and professional accumulation, greatly aiding the development of the Committee's work. The accompanying Laundry and Dyeing Committee secretaries also benefited greatly.
As the only national organization in the laundry and dyeing industry, the Laundry and Dyeing Committee will do its utmost in the new year to assist and serve enterprises and individuals in the industry, enhance industry cohesion, and promote healthy industry development. We also thank everyone for their support of the Committee and hope the laundry and dyeing industry will continue to improve in 2013!
