Washing Method

For this type of clothing, using the additive dry cleaning method generally achieves good results. The specific process is as follows:

Classify according to the material and color of the items to be washed, and inspect the clothes. Apply special pre-stain treatment with corresponding detergents on cuffs, collars, pocket edges, front chest, etc.: prepare the solvent, pump clean solvent just enough to reach the high liquid level of the drum into the drum, add no more than 25% water of the clothing weight and no more than 4% dry cleaning detergent according to the condition of the clothes, then start a small circulation for 30 seconds, and pump the solvent back to the working solvent tank for standby.

Put the same type of clothes into the dry cleaning machine, start the pump to pump the prepared solvent into the drum to the high liquid level; wash with forward and reverse rotation, the washing liquid circulates through the filter, washing time 6 minutes; pump the washing liquid to the distillation tank, and spin at high speed for 2 minutes to remove liquid; pump clean solvent into the drum to the high liquid level; wash with forward and reverse rotation, washing liquid circulates through the filter, time 3 minutes; pump the washing liquid to the working solvent tank; spin at high speed for 4 minutes. 60℃ Drying time 35 minutes; cooling (deodorizing), time 3 to 5 minutes.


Finishing and Storage

1. Woolen garments must be washed clean and dried before storage. Avoid exposure to sunlight. When drying, the inside of the clothes should face outward, and avoid direct sunlight.

2. Woolen garments should be hung on hangers inside the wardrobe or placed on the upper layer of the wardrobe, especially long-pile garments which are more sensitive to heavy pressure.

3. When storing woolen garments, the inside of the clothes should face outward to prevent weathering and fading, as well as moisture and moth damage.

4. To prevent moths, wrap some Sichuan peppercorns in gauze and place them in the wardrobe.
