Special attention should be paid when using an electric iron:
① After the electric iron is powered on, the operator should not leave it unattended to prevent uninformed people or children from touching it and getting burned.
② During intervals of ironing clothes, the electric iron should be placed upright or on a dedicated iron stand, and must not be placed on flammable items.
③ When using a regular electric iron, do not keep it powered on for a long time to prevent overheating, damaging clothes, or even causing a fire.
④ During ironing, do not stay in one spot for too long to avoid overheating and igniting the clothes.
⑤ Choose a temperature-adjustable electric iron; if the thermostat malfunctions, repair it promptly, otherwise temperature control will be lost, increasing the risk of fire.
⑥ Do not let the electric iron's power plug get damp to avoid injury. Also, do not use it simultaneously with other high-power appliances such as rice cookers or washing machines to prevent circuit overload. Replace old wiring in time.
⑦ After using the electric iron, immediately cut off the power and store it properly; wait until it is completely cool before putting it away
