为更好的维护洗染行业消费者的合法权益，提升洗衣服务质量，促进洗染行业可持续健康发展，值此3月15日国际消费者权益日之际，中国商业联合会向辖内洗染行业会员企业倡议如下：
1.严格遵守《洗染业管理办法》，坚守服务规范，认真贯彻执行洗染行业的标准和规定，推动洗染企业信用建设，建立企业信用档案，通过诚实守信、依法合规的经营行为，为消费者服务。
2.充分保障消费者的合法权益，树立优质服务理念，加强技术培训，不断提高服务品质，使消费者洗涤放心，使用安心。
3.坚持以维护洗染行业消费者的合法权益为重，认真倾听消费者的诉求，及时解决消费者反应强烈的问题。以《全国洗染服务纠纷解决办法》为维权依据，妥善化解矛盾纠纷。
4.中国商业联合会洗染专业委员会将全力做好洗染质量鉴定工作，履行中国消费者协会鉴定技术支持单位的责任和义务，帮助经营者和消费者确认质量问题原因，合法、合规、高效的解决洗染服务纠纷。咨询服务电话010-66094020
