To all member units of the Laundry and Dyeing Committee, local laundry and dyeing industry associations, and related domestic and foreign laundry and dyeing institutions:

The "China International Laundry and Dyeing Industry Summit Forum" is a high-end industry exchange event founded by the Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce (abbreviated as Zhongxiwei). This year marks the grand occasion of the fourth forum. Due to the internationalization trend of participating guests and the focused attention and frequent exchanges of global enterprises on the Chinese laundry and dyeing market, it has been renamed the "2017 World Laundry and Dyeing Industry Summit Forum." At that time, renowned experts and scholars, as well as senior executives from the global laundry and dyeing industry, will gather in Beijing to deeply discuss current industry development trends and challenges, broaden perspectives, and apply new technologies. They will share their summaries of concepts and practices with peers. This is a rare opportunity for technical exchanges, intellectual collisions, and conceptual exchanges in the international laundry and dyeing community.

I. Forum Purpose

Zhongxiwei will collaborate with the International Textile Care Council and other internationally renowned organizations, adhering to the consistent purpose of "gathering the world's most advanced concepts and technologies in the laundry and dyeing industry to make our home’s sky bluer, water clearer, and clothes cleaner," to create a high-quality forum event.

September 25, 2017, Beijing Lido Crowne Plaza Hotel (No. 6 Jiangtai Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing)

III. Forum Scale

To ensure the event's standard and quality of conference services, the number of participants is limited to 350. The organizing committee will review and send invitations in order based on the registration information submission time.

IV. Forum Content

The entire forum content is divided into four sections: main forum, sub-forums, high-end dialogues, and networking banquet.

1. Main Forum. All participants attend. Internationally renowned industry experts are invited to rationally analyze and compare domestic and foreign laundry and dyeing technologies, related products, enterprise management, and market environment, and to forecast industry development trends;

2. Sub-Forums. Two special forums are set up: "Household Garment Care" and "Public Textile Washing." Attendees can choose according to their business characteristics. Compared to the main forum, these will interpret the industry from more segmented perspectives. Well-known domestic and foreign technical experts will provide detailed answers on important steps, technical difficulties, and innovative measures in production processes;

3. High-End Dialogues. Two special dialogues are set up: "Household Garment Care" and "Public Textile Washing." Attendees can choose according to their business characteristics. Experienced industry leaders will engage in dialogue-style discussions on current hot topics, offering advice and strategies to practitioners, broadening ideas, and enriching understanding. Guest hosts will summarize participants' thoughts for focused discussion and invite audience interaction;

4. Networking Banquet. On the evening of the summit forum, the "Third China International Laundry Festival Networking Banquet" will be held, where all forum experts and industry elites gather to toast and deepen the academic afterglow of the forum.

V. Registration Method and Fees

1. Registration Qualifications: This summit forum will gather global industry pioneers to jointly discuss laundry and dyeing industry issues. Registrants must be senior executives of well-known domestic and foreign laundry-related enterprises, association leaders, or renowned industry experts;

2. Registration Period: Reservations are accepted from the date of this notice until August 31. Due to limited spots, early registration is recommended. Registration status will be promptly updated via China Laundry Network, various QQ groups, the "Laundry Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce," and the "Laundry Encyclopedia" WeChat platforms;

3. Summit Forum Fees: During the reservation period, Zhongxiwei members (hereinafter "members") pay 1600 RMB/person, non-members 1900 RMB/person, foreign guests 300 USD/person; after August 31, members pay 1900 RMB/person, non-members 2200 RMB/person; foreign guests 350 USD/person.

The above fees include:

① Main Forum;

② Sub-Forums (choose one): "Household Garment Care" or "Public Textile Washing" special forum;

③ Summit Dialogues (choose one): "Household Garment Care" or "Public Textile Washing" special dialogue;

④ Buffet lunch and tea breaks;

⑤ "Third China International Laundry Festival Networking Banquet";

⑥ "China Laundry Industry Development White Paper" and souvenirs;

⑦ Bilingual (Chinese and English) forum proceedings and related materials;

⑧ Access to the dedicated WeChat group for the summit forum, enabling continuous contact between participants and speakers.

VI. Exhibition and Promotion

1. This forum welcomes domestic and foreign enterprises, associations, and other organizations to participate in on-site promotion and sponsorship in various ways. The organizing committee will select and implement plans based on specific arrangements;

2. All media are welcome to participate in publicity and reporting of the event and to contact the summit forum organizing committee for cooperation.
