Basic processes for washing cashmere and wool sweaters

Pre-treatment: Cashmere sweaters and wool sweaters generally require pre-treatment before washing to prepare for improved cleaning effectiveness.
Pre-stain removal: Focus on removing key stains, especially for light-colored cashmere and wool sweaters, to simplify manual washing operations.
Rinsing: Use room temperature clean water to rinse cashmere and wool sweaters, usually for no more than 1-2 minutes, aiming to remove dust and surface dirt.
Squeeze out water and set aside.
Hand kneading wash: Use 5-10 ml of neutral detergent per garment, dissolve evenly in 2-3 liters of room temperature water, and hand knead in a basin or washboard for 2-3 minutes; then squeeze out water.
Rinse 1: Room temperature clean water, bath ratio: 1:10-1:15; lift and wash for 1-3 minutes, then squeeze out water.
Rinse 2: Room temperature clean water, bath ratio: 1:10-1:15; lift and wash for 1-3 minutes, then squeeze out water.
Rinse 3: Room temperature clean water, bath ratio: 1:10-1:15; lift and wash for 1-3 minutes, then squeeze out water.
Acid wash: Room temperature clean water; bath ratio: 1:10-1:15; add 5-10 ml glacial acetic acid, stir evenly, hand soak and turn for 2-3 minutes, then squeeze out water.
Softening treatment: 30℃-40℃ warm water bath ratio 1:8-1:10; add 10-15 ml wool fabric softener, stir evenly; hand soak and turn for 3-5 minutes.
Dehydration: Cashmere and wool sweaters with decorations must be wrapped in a towel before dehydration.
Drying: When drying cashmere and wool sweaters, lay the garments flat across 2-3 hanger bars to dry.
