Introduction to the "Contractual Management Model" Training: During the development of China's laundry and washing industry, especially in recent years under the broad context of economic transformation, almost all enterprises have encountered varying degrees of difficulties such as labor shortages, low employee work efficiency, ineffective production systems, inability to implement business measures, loss of internal management control, and even oppositional situations between management and employees, leading to passive business conditions. Some enterprises that previously failed to meet environmental standards, had outdated production processes and equipment, high energy consumption, and low profits have fallen into unprecedented crises. Under the current situation, operators and managers must calmly reconsider and recognize that the urgent issue is not about "whether to join the dragon" or "which expert to hire," but to introduce a scientific and practical business management model according to their own needs to lead the team out of difficulties and guide the enterprise back on track.
The brand-new "Contractual Management Model" is designed based on the problems encountered during the development of the laundry and washing industry and recent changes, after repeated in-depth research for laundry and washing enterprises. It covers various issues from top to bottom and inside out, reaching enterprises, departments, positions, and individuals, while maximizing the interests of customers, investors, managers, and employees. Therefore, it is a highly practical and easy-to-implement business management model.
Shenzhen Zhengzhang Dry Cleaning Co., Ltd. was the first enterprise to "dare to be the pioneer." After implementing the "Contractual Management Model," it achieved remarkable results and accumulated rich experience. Therefore, since 2013, the Guangdong Laundry Industry Association has recommended the model to representative member enterprises within Guangdong Province as well as some formal enterprises in Zhejiang and Hebei, and held the first training session in Shenzhen, attracting attention from the laundry industry. After more than a year of promotion and experimentation, it has been proven that enterprises implementing the "Contractual Management Model" differ significantly in business performance compared to those not implementing it, and among those implementing it, the more thoroughly it is applied, the less negative impact from economic transformation is experienced. Therefore, the Guangdong Laundry Industry Association has given a key introduction of the "Contractual Management Model" to relevant leaders of the Laundry Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce, receiving full recognition and support for nationwide promotion to advance the standardization of laundry enterprises.
This nationwide training class on the "Contractual Management Model" for laundry enterprises is divided into advanced, intermediate, and regular classes. The full course content includes how to establish management mechanisms, personnel mechanisms, distribution mechanisms, reward mechanisms, marketing mechanisms, equipment management, process transformation, environmental protection and energy saving, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and a series of enterprise issues. It facilitates enterprise management personnel at all levels to learn and apply from top to bottom and bottom to top. To ensure students focus on learning, all classes (advanced, intermediate, and regular) adopt a fully closed training format, prohibiting all commercial activities during the training period. The training provides students with rich teaching materials and is taught by experts with extensive management experience. After the training, students will visit demonstration units implementing the "Contractual Management Model" and interact with relevant department supervisors. To help participating enterprise managers implement the "Contractual Management Model" comprehensively, the organizers and co-organizers will follow up on the training effectiveness, accept students' inquiries at any time, and provide timely guidance.
The "Contractual Management Model" uses a Chinese approach to operate and manage Chinese laundry enterprises, making it more aligned with our country's laundry enterprises and the actual situation of our laundry industry. We are very willing to share it with everyone without reservation and, through continuous learning and teaching, let these valuable experiences flourish throughout our laundry industry; helping more enterprises improve their survival ability by implementing the "Contractual Management Model," ensuring long-term stability in internal management, and contributing to the healthy development of our laundry industry.
