If the T-shirt weighs about 300 grams and the bath ratio is controlled at 1:40, 12 liters of water are needed. Add the chemical agents in the following order:
1. Water softener Sodium hexametaphosphate (softener) 0.2g/L 2.4g
2. Caustic soda (NaOH) 0.3g/L 3.6g
3. Soap 2g/L 24g
4. Ammonia solution 0.5ml/L 6mL
5. Hydrogen peroxide 30% 1ml/L 12mL
When the water temperature rises to 70℃, add the chemical agents in the above order (pH controlled around 10-11). Stir well, then put the T-shirt into the washing solution, gradually raise the temperature to about 90℃–95℃, and maintain for 5-7 minutes to remove the hair dye. If the color stains are not completely removed, an appropriate amount of hydrogen peroxide and ammonia solution can be added, which should completely remove the stains.
