Recently, the Ministry of Commerce of China issued the "Notice on Further Strengthening the Management of the Commercial Service Industry," which particularly emphasizes "strengthening industry management and protecting consumer rights." 1. Deeply carry out quality service activities to further improve service quality and level
Local commerce authorities, industry associations, and enterprises actively participate in the quality service activities carried out by our ministry, comprehensively improving the service quality and level in the commercial service field. 2. Ensure holiday market service supply and expand holiday consumption
With the upcoming 2013 New Year's Day and Spring Festival, to build a prosperous and harmonious market environment and create a festive and peaceful holiday atmosphere, enabling the broad masses of people to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable holiday, local commerce authorities should organize holiday market supply conscientiously according to the characteristics of holiday market service demand. Improve the service system. Focus closely on the principles of convenience, speed, affordability, and safety and hygiene, open wide channels, stock sufficient holiday food, and ensure the supply of holiday service demand. Innovate service methods. Expand service content and extend service methods, actively carry out activities such as services entering communities and homes. Ensure catering and service supply. 3. Strengthen industry management and protect consumer rights
