Specific Arrangements for the 7th National Laundry and Dyeing Industry Vocational Skills Competition

1. Competition Events and Specific Content
This competition includes six events: the "Yi Lv Wang Cup" Front Desk Service Skills Competition, the "Xiang Wang Cup" Stain Removal Skills Competition, the "Fennis Cup" Leather Garment Maintenance Skills Competition, the "Han Huang Cup" Leather Goods Care Skills Competition, the "Fornet Cup" Garment Ironing Skills Competition, and the "Zheng Zhang Cup" Clothing Mending Skills Competition.
The competition is based mainly on practical operation with an additional theoretical knowledge test. The score ratio between the theoretical knowledge test and the practical operation test is 20:80. The theoretical knowledge test is based on the "National Occupational Standards for Laundry Workers," with questions selected from the "7th National Laundry Industry Vocational Skills Competition Pre-exam Review Guide" compiled from the national question bank. (1) Front Desk Service
1. Theoretical exam: time limit 20 minutes (multiple choice and true/false questions).
2. Practical operation: time limit 20 minutes. Simulate the front desk garment receiving service scene. Contestants receive 4 pieces of clothing from customers and fill out the receiving receipt. Both the receiving process and receipt filling are included in the assessment, including standardized garment receiving, fabric identification, washing method selection, description of garment condition, and explanation of post-wash effects.
3. Contestants must bring their own stationery (pencils and colored pens are not allowed).
(2) Stain Removal
1. Theoretical exam: time limit 20 minutes (multiple choice and true/false questions).
2. Practical operation: time limit 30 minutes. Identify three types of fabrics and three types of stains on them, and remove the stains.
3. The organizing committee provides stain removal machines and stain removers. Contestants may bring their own stain removers (but must register in advance and obtain approval from the organizing committee before use).

(3) Leather Garment Maintenance
1. Theoretical exam: time limit 20 minutes, closed-book written test, question types include multiple choice and true/false.
2. Practical operation: time limit 45 minutes, complete the care of a piece of suede garment leather.
3. The organizing committee provides suede leather, leather chemicals, spray guns, and bristle brushes. Contestants may bring their own leather chemicals (but must register in advance and obtain approval from the organizing committee before use).
4. Leather chemicals: provided by Wenzhou Fennis Leather Chemical Co., Ltd.

(4) Leather Goods Care
1. Theoretical exam: time limit 20 minutes, closed-book written test, question types include multiple choice and true/false.
2. Practical operation: time limit 45 minutes, complete the care of a piece of vegetable-tanned box leather.
3. The organizing committee provides vegetable-tanned leather, leather chemicals, spray guns, and bristle brushes. Contestants may bring their own leather chemicals (but must register in advance and obtain approval from the organizing committee before use).
4. Leather chemicals: provided by Beijing Han Huang Weiye Leather Cleaning and Maintenance Chain Service Co., Ltd.

(5) Garment Ironing
1. Theoretical exam: time limit 20 minutes, closed-book written test, question types include multiple choice and true/false.
2. Practical operation: time limit 30 minutes, iron one washed wool suit jacket and one pair of wool trousers.
3. The organizing committee provides ironing tables and steam irons. Contestants bring other tools (such as pressing cloths, "mantou" pads, etc.) and must register in advance.
4. Ironing table: FORNET cold ironing table (provided by Beijing Fornet Laundry Service Co., Ltd.)
(6) Clothing Mending
1. Theoretical exam: time limit 20 minutes, closed-book written test, question types include multiple choice and true/false.
2. Practical operation: time limit 120 minutes, use the darning method to finely weave a 4 cm square hole on single-faced plain weave fabric.
3. The organizing committee will prepare one piece of patching fabric and one 9-watt desk lamp for each contestant; other patching tools should be prepared by the contestants themselves.

III. Awards
(1) Contestants who win first place in various competitions in the national finals will be recommended to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security for approval to be awarded the honorary title of "National Technical Expert," and will be issued certificates, medals, and plaques. At the same time, these individuals may apply for promotion to the technician (national level 2) professional qualification; those who already have the technician qualification may be promoted to senior technician (national level 1) professional qualification.
(2) Contestants who place 2nd to 10th in the national finals may be promoted to senior worker professional qualification; those who already have senior worker qualification may be promoted to technician qualification.
(3) Contestants who pass the national finals will be awarded the honorary title of "National Laundry and Dyeing Industry Technical Expert," and will be issued certificates and medals.
(4) Units that have held regional preliminary competitions and made outstanding contributions in the competition organization process will be awarded the "Excellent Organization Award" and issued certificates.

IV. Pre-Competition Instructions
To ensure the competition proceeds smoothly in an open, fair, and just environment, to achieve good results and showcase the level of the laundry and dyeing industry; and to exchange experiences, learn from each other, improve skills, and promote the healthy development of China's laundry and dyeing industry through the competition activities. The organizing committee will provide pre-competition instructions to contestants regarding the competition content before the finals. The study material used is the "Seventh National Laundry and Dyeing Industry Vocational Skills Competition Review Question Collection" (provided to contestants by the organizing committee).

V. Technical Review
To strengthen the selection and training of skilled talents and promote technical exchanges among highly skilled personnel, the organizing committee will conduct a technical review after the finals. Experts and judges who participated in setting the questions will be invited to analyze the test questions, practical operations, overall technical conditions, and development trends. Through the review, technical exchanges will be facilitated, skills improved, and understanding of industry development directions enhanced, providing guidance and inspiration to participants, thereby promoting continuous improvement of technical levels in the laundry and dyeing industry.
