Product Name: Shirt.
Accident Condition: Yellow mold spots appeared on the stained area of the right chest, in a spotted pattern.
Fabric: Polyester fiber, cotton.
Cause of Accident: Residual starch paste produces mold spots when exposed to moisture and temperature changes; sedimented paste is more prone to mold.
Accident Prevention Method: Do not use expired starch paste; shirts should be stored in a dry place.
Treatment Method: Some can be removed by bleaching and treatment with sodium perborate, sodium percarbonate, and sodium hypochlorite.
