Product Name: Shirt.
Accident Condition: The area with brown spotted pattern was damaged.
Fabric: Cotton (Dye: Contains metal dye).
Cause of Accident: The metal in the brown dye reacted with the peroxide bleach, causing fiber brittleness and damage.
Accident Prevention Method: When bleaching colored patterns with peroxide, select an appropriate concentration, especially when using silicate simultaneously. Failure to choose the optimal concentration can easily cause brittleness. Using a brittleness inhibitor is very effective in preventing brittleness.
