品名：衬衫。
事故状况：衬衫整体缩水，用垫布的部位缩水更严重。
面料：棉，超捻纱平纹布。
事故原因：整体收缩是由于纱捻得太紧，在洗涤时，纤维会膨胀，捻纱线变松。里子垫布部位缩水严重，是因为缝纫部位被水浸湿，使此部位的布鼓胀，缝纫线变粗，向粗的方向拉紧而造成的。
事故防止方法：洗涤后用熨斗边抻边烫。

修整办法：用水弄湿，并用熨斗边抻边烫。其他易吸水性纤维，如人造丝，维尼龙等，也用同样方法。
