Product Name: Shirt
Accident Condition: The seam area of the shirt collar is recessed, wrinkled, and has residual dirt.
Fabric: The shirt fabric is cotton and polyester; the thread is cotton.
Cause of Accident: Because the fabric at the sewing thread area is folded thickly, the sewing thread part recessed and wrinkled during washing in the washing machine. The thread falling off is due to the collar being insecure.
Accident Prevention Method: Pull the collar tightly and choose an appropriate high-pressure ironing machine. Wet the wrinkled seam area with water, pull and iron simultaneously to smooth it out. When the collar is swollen and adhesive remains, apply high-temperature pressure in a dry state. If there is no adhesive or it is no longer sticky, apply starch mixed with 10-20% CMC or PVA, then press.
