To the laundry and dyeing industry authorities of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, all local laundry and dyeing industry associations, all laundry and dyeing and related enterprises, and all laundry and dyeing member units:
Hosted by the China General Chamber of Commerce and the China Employment Training Technical Instruction Center, organized by the Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce, and co-organized by local industry associations such as the Beijing Laundry Industry Association, Tianjin Laundry Industry Association, and Shanghai Laundry Industry Association, the 7th National Laundry and Dyeing Industry Vocational Skills Competition will be held in August 2011 in Beijing.
The biennial National Laundry and Dyeing Industry Vocational Skills Competition is a national level Category II competition. As the most grand and authoritative vocational skills competition in the laundry and dyeing industry, it has been successfully held six times. It aims to guide the vast number of practitioners in China's laundry and dyeing industry to diligently study technology, develop their careers through their posts, showcase vocational skills and professional demeanor, promote the healthy and orderly development of the laundry and dyeing industry, improve the overall quality of industry practitioners, and strengthen industry exchanges. It has received attention from government authorities at all levels and local industry associations and enterprises. To ensure the smooth progress of this competition, the "Implementation Plan for the 7th National Laundry and Dyeing Industry Vocational Skills Competition" is hereby issued to you, hoping for active participation and cooperation with our association to successfully hold this competition.
