Notice on Holding the Training Course for Leather Care and Assessment Personnel

To all laundry and dyeing industry associations and related units:
After the official establishment of the new national occupation of Leather Care Worker, to promote the national occupational qualification certificate assessment work for leather care workers in a high-quality and effective manner, and to establish a high-quality team of leather care worker assessors, the Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce, entrusted by the Occupational Skill Testing Guidance Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, in cooperation with the Commercial Occupational Skill Testing Guidance Center of the China General Chamber of Commerce, held the first training class for national occupational skill testing assessors for leather care workers in Suzhou from March 22 to 24, 2011. The specific matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Application Conditions:
(1) Possess good professional ethics and dedication, be honest and fair, and have a proper conduct.
(2) Personnel with senior laundry worker (national occupational qualification level 3) or above, or intermediate or above professional technical titles in related majors; engaged in leather care related work for more than 10 years, with relevant assessment work experience.
2. Training Content:
(1) National occupational skill testing management system;
(2) National occupational skill testing assessors and examination management;
(3) Writing and evaluation of professional papers;
(4) Coaching, review, and theoretical knowledge examination.

4. Qualification Recognition:
Those who participate in the training and pass the assessment will be recommended to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security for the issuance of the corresponding level of "National Occupational Skill Testing Assessor Qualification Certificate." Those who obtain the national assessor and senior assessor qualification certificates will be included in the national management of commercial industry occupational skill testing assessors and participate in the assessment work of the commercial industry occupational skill testing.
5. Fee Standards:
(1) Training fee: 1800 yuan per assessor (including training, examination, teaching materials, and certificate fees).
(2) Training fees should be paid before March 10.

8. Registration Method:
(1) Fill in the "Commercial Industry Occupational Skill Testing Assessor Application Form" ( Click to download ), and mail or fax a copy of the ID card, highest diploma, and all pages of the professional title certificate to the Laundry and Dyeing Committee before March 1, 2011, or fax to 010-66094018.
(2) Qualification review will be conducted by the Laundry and Dyeing Committee and the Testing Guidance Center.
(3) Training materials will be distributed on the registration day, and two recent two-inch color photos of the applicant must be submitted.
