To implement the "Opinions of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council on Further Strengthening the Work of High-Skilled Talents" and further strengthen the construction of the high-skilled talent team, in accordance with the national regulations on the management of vocational skills competitions, to commend the outstanding performers in the 6th National Laundry and Dyeing Industry Vocational Skills Competition, upon the application of the Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security has decided to award comrades Wang Jirong, Jiang Yingmei, Lin Fengzhong, Gao Jianjun, Sun Meixia, Xing Jinzhi, An Hua, Xu Xiaoyun, and Liu Qi the honorary title of "National Technical Experts," and has issued medals, certificates, and plaques.
