How time flies! It has been a year since 2009 International Drycleaners Congress Convention successfully held in Beijing China. It had a great influence on communication and cooperation among countries in laundry industry and a classical cooperation among international laundry associations. 2010 IDC Convention will be held in Dublin in Ireland in September, therefore China Laundry Association would like to express our sincere congratulation to you and to all friends who take part in IDC Convetion 2010 and wish IDC Convention 2010 a great success.

China Laundry Association took a new round of election in August, Mrs. Shuyuan WANG is re-elected as President while Mr. Wei PAN is re-elected as Executive Deputy President & Secretary-General. Meanwhile the yearly event The 11th China International Laundry and Dyeing Industry Exhibition (CHINA LAUNDRY EXPO 2010) was held successfully which attracted more than 150 famous brands from 12 countries and regions such as USA, Japan, Germany, France, Italy and Spain etc. which is much bigger than that in the previous edition. The 12th China International Laundry and Dyeing Industry Exhibition will be held in China International Exhibition Center in Beijing on August 4th -6th, 2011. You and laundry professionals are warmly welcomed and expected to our exhibition and promote international exchange and cooperation in laundry industry.

Website of China laundry (www.chinalaundry.cn ) has been underwent full-scale facelift. The new English version will be more favorable for information exchange among countries. For effective communication and future cooperation, we suggest we put a friendly linking between our two websites.

In a word, we hope we could promote communication, cooperation, win-win, and development in laundry industry world wide via our two associations’ exchange activities. As said in our Beijing Declaration last year: we should further consolidate and deepen contacts in laundry industry among countries as well as increase exchanging and sharing of mutual benefits via promoting mutual dialogue, communication and cooperation.
